long term tenet

I've been here 4/5 years and I've had a really good experience. I love the staff and my kids of course love having a swimming pool in the summer! The maint. staff are wonderful and respectful when they need to fix anything!! Val is amazing (maint.).....when ever I get packages I always spend a few extra mins chatting with Danae and Mario in the office:)

Making Eden park apartments my home

The staff are friendly, professional, patient , & always listen, ready to help solve any problems which may arise. I was treated with respect and given a very courteous welcome. I love their family oriented swimming pool and their gym. I am excited to be here. The epmnleasing1 was very nice to me. He is the reason I even considered coming to stay with my family here because he treated us with respect and professional customer service. The apartments are well maintained, nice beautiful steel fence and safe. We will use stricter smoking rules and increased cameras in the hallways to enhance monitoring in the hallways. I am very happy to make Eden Park my home home.

MARIO

Mario is such an amazing person. He’s always there whenever I need help or have questions. He’s been so much help since I’ve moved in. He actually cares when he’s working with you. He does all he can to help you get to where you need to be. Mario is the only person I want to talk to when I need help because he’s generous and very considerate.

Living

I've been here a year and I enjoy it here. Maintenance is quick on request and repairs, the staff is always pleasant, the price is good. The only things that I didn't like was changing the visitors pass from 14 days to 7 days for the month (parking is hard to find on the street) and also the machine to fill your laundry card up is in the rental office so once they're closed you have to wait until the next day and they're closed Sunday. (I work 15hrs days most days) so I'm out of luck most times.

Maria es una de las personas que más nos ayuda en la oficina siempre que necesitamos algo la buscamos a ella porque siempre nos da una respuesta o solución a lo que nesecitamos ! Vivimos aquí Hace unos años atrás , y decidimos regresar han mejorado demasiado en todos los aspectos ! Si buscan un un servicio y at nación a cliente ella es la mejor . Por cierto la mayoría del tiempo siempre está ocupada pero siempre hace un espacio para atender a todos los que la Necesitamos ! Buen trabajo Maria !!

Well Done

I took a tour of your facility today and I was amazed with everything. Your staff were awesome with helping me find out were to go and was Mrs. Yusbith was great with answering my questions and showing me around along with helping me with the application.
